Website Not Converting? 5 Fixes You Can Make This Week
Small, focused changes that often move the needle more than a full redesign.

1. Make the next step obvious
Look at your homepage. Can a first-time visitor tell, in five seconds, what you do and how to hire you? If not, that is your first fix.
2. Rewrite your headline
Replace a vague promise with a specific one. "Web design for clinics that need more bookings" beats "Creative digital solutions."
3. Fix the form
Every extra field costs you submissions. Ask for a name, an email, and what they need. Nothing more until you have a reason.
4. Add proof
A single testimonial near your call to action often does more than a full testimonial page. Put the proof where the decision happens.
5. Check it on a phone
Open your site on your own phone, over mobile data, not office wifi. Time how long it takes to load and how many taps it takes to contact you.
Why these work
None of them require a redesign. They remove friction, and friction is what stops visitors from becoming customers. Fix the leaks first, then spend on a rebuild.
